Dr. Al Mulla is a registered arbitrator and has earned his PhD through his extensive research in comparative civil law specializing in Shari 'a and UAE Law. He is a consulting lecturer at the Abu Dhabi Judicial Academy and is often invited to hold lectures in a number of judicial academies and universities within the U.A.E.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in the drafting of new U.A.E regulations and has also been a member of the UNIDROIT in Rome, Italy, as an expert on comparative commercial law.
With his varied experience in the defense and security industries acquired during his time with the United Arab Emirates Army, he often advises the U.A.E Armed Forces on related legal matters.

Mrs. Azza is an Advocate, a licensed arbitrator, a registered practitioner in the DIFC Courts, a registered Will Draftsman in the DRA and has previously held the office of General Counsel for the Human Resources Authority (formerly the Abu Dhabi Tawteen Council) and General Counsel for the Family Development Foundation, Abu Dubai office located in Dubai.
Advocate Azza Al Mulla focuses her practice on the sector of Corporate Litigation and is a member of Legislation committees in the U.A.E. She represents the clients before the competent U.A.E Courts and is responsible for the legal and administrative aspects of management within the organization.

Mr. Abdullah is a registered advocate and strongly represents clients before the competent U.A.E Courts.
Advocate Abdullah has handled litigation cases in a variety of civil and criminal aspects and consults in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property Law and Labour Law.
He is also responsible for the legal and administrative management in the Firm and frequently attends trainings and workshops to share information and keep the office up to date on the latest legal additions and/or changes.
