When you share your case with us, you can expect a high level of commitment and communication
1. We will discuss what you hope to achieve with your case details and work together towards a realistic result based on your personal (company or individual) requirements and our legal advice as per the U.A.E regulations after ensuring any and all risks are cleared out and mitigation strategies are placed.
2. We will keep a close communication with you so as to keep you up to date with the status of your case(s) and on each action taken. In the case there is little to no action or the likeliness of no action being taken or to be taken for a period of time, we will explain why and when you are likely to hear from us next.
3. An estimation of our likely fees at the outset will be provided on as early a basis as possible according to the case details for you to be aware of the approximate amount needed to be paid on your case(s) – for court fees, legal fees, supplementary legal action fees, etc.
Our legal fees will be agreed with you in writing in advance which will be based either on a fixed fee that is mutually agreed upon or a per-hour basis.
All payment details will be confirmed in writing – in the case additional payments arise due to the requirements of the case, all information will be shared immediately.
